At MDs Ozzie Opals UK, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our opals and handcrafted jewellery.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 
1. Eligibility for Refunds - Refunds are available for non-custom items returned within 14 days of delivery. - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. - Custom-made jewellery and loose stones are non-refundable, unless proven to be faulty or misrepresented.
 
2. Return Process - To initiate a return, please contact us at mdsozzieopalsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. - Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
 
3. Refund Timeline - Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. - We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.
 
4. Damaged or Faulty Items - If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. - Include clear photos and a description of the issue. - We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
 
5. Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. - If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
 
6. International Orders - Refunds for international orders follow the same policy. - MDs Ozzie Opals UK is not responsible for customs fees or delays.
